Hey, I’m Cinnamon.
I’m a trauma-informed sexologist and intimacy coach. I help adults and couples who feel disconnected from their bodies, their desire, or each other finally come back to real intimacy and pleasure.
My work is body-based. We don’t just talk about the problems. We work directly with the nervous system: the bracing, the shutdown, the places where your body learned to protect itself at the cost of connection and joy. Every session starts with breathwork and gentle movement so you can drop out of your head and into your body. From there we practice new ways of relating in real time, build actual skills, and make sure you leave with something concrete you did not have when you walked in.
I believe the child we once were still shapes how we love, trust, and connect, but our past does not get to define every chapter that comes next.

Why This Work Matters to Me
I’ve survived my own trauma and spent years rebuilding safety in my body while wanting connection and pleasure that felt out of reach. That lived experience drives how I coach: with honesty, no shame, and zero rushing. We move at the pace your nervous system can actually handle.
My Approach
This is practical, embodied work. We combine real-time body awareness, clear communication, and body-based tools so the shifts actually last. You won’t just leave with new insights. You’ll leave feeling a little safer, more open, and more alive in your own skin.
