Meet the Woman Behind the Work
I Know What It Means to Survive. But I Refuse to Believe Survival Is All We’re Here For.
The Woman Behind the Work
Welcome, Love.
As the founder of Next Level Intimacy Coaching, let me tell you about the woman behind Coach Cinnamon B and why this work became so personal.

Coach Cinnamon B was not created in a branding meeting.
She grew from my name, my story, my professional training, and the parts of myself I fought hard to reclaim. Coach Cinnamon B became the voice I use to have honest conversations about sex, trauma, desire, relationships, and healing without shame or carefully edited answers.
Part of my childhood was spent in foster care. I survived experiences that shaped how I understood safety, trust, connection, silence, and my own body long before I had words for any of it.
I know what it feels like to want love, intimacy, and pleasure while your body is still trying to protect you. I also know that understanding the past does not automatically teach you how to communicate, hold a boundary, receive love, trust your body, or feel safe enough to want more.
Surviving taught me how to protect myself. Healing required me to learn how to live, speak, desire, trust, and take up space.
That work changed the direction of my life. It is why I do not offer surface-level advice or expect people to think their way out of patterns their bodies learned for protection.
My coaching brings professional training and lived experience into the same room. We work with the body, nervous system patterns, communication, boundaries, desire, and relationship skills that can be practiced in real life.

Survival of the Silenced
My book explores the cost of staying silent to survive and what becomes possible when we reclaim our voice, desire, and right to take up space. It is deeply personal because this work was never theoretical for me.
The past gets a seat at the table. It does not get to run the whole damn meeting.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
Warm enough to feel safe. Direct enough to help you change.
I will meet you with compassion, humor, honesty, and respect. I will also help you move beyond repeating the same story when what you need is a new skill, a different experience, or the courage to tell the truth. You will never be shamed, rushed, or expected to perform.
You Don’t Have to Clean Up the Story
You can bring the complicated truth, the awkward details, the resentment, the questions, and the things you have been afraid to say out loud. We start with what is real.
We Pay Attention to Your Body
We notice what happens beneath the words, including tension, shutdown, disconnection, fear, pressure, and the moments your nervous system decides it needs to protect you.
We Practice, Not Just Analyze
You may practice asking for what you need, holding a boundary, repairing after conflict, receiving affection, or talking about sex without shutting down or turning it into another fight.
You Leave With Something Useful
Every session is designed to give you language, body awareness, and relationship skills you can use when the real conversation happens outside the coaching room.
I am not here to hand you a script for the “perfect” relationship. I am here to help you build the skills to create one that is honest, connected, and genuinely yours.
Coaching is educational and supportive. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or emergency care. Services are available to adults age 18 and older.
